It’s not always easy as we get so caught up in the modern lifestyle. When we have to study and work. But keep this in mind, so as least you’ll try your best to work out as much as you can. This way, it’d reflect in your behaviour more often.
For example, if you are too busy and tired to work out, but because you made it your goal to sweat every day, perhaps you’d take the stairs instead of the lift, walk to places nearby instead of taking the car, take a longer route back so that you’d walk more, etc. It might as reflect in your eating habits too, since you’d feel guilty for not working out, you might try to eat better/healthier and choosing healthier food options for your meals.
